Bruce, the manager and his entire crew are fantastic! They are knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I trust these guys and that is everything to me. I used to go to Discount Tire in Surprise....the previous manager was great, but management has changed and the place is not the same. Big O on Boswell in Sun City is my new place..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a great experience at Big O Tires! Bruce O was incredibly accommodating, even with a busy schedule, and he was able to get me in the same day, which I really appreciated. He made sure everything was taken care of and kept things moving efficiently. The techs are A game here and my vehicle was done in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Excellent customer service thank you, Bruce! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a flat tire on a Friday late afternoon. Other station was going to charge us $40 to repair it and wouldn’t be done until Monday since they closed at 4 (1 hr from now). I didn’t want to wait that long to get my tire so I went around the corner and saw Big O. I was immediately met with a room full of smiles happy to repair my tire and put it back on my car. When I went to pay for the service I was told “no charge!” I will definitely be back to buy tires!!

Excellent shop by far for tires, brakes, batteries, etc.. We waited in the waiting area for about an hour for the work our vehicle needed, listening to everyone in the waiting talk about how great the workers here are ! People had only great things to say and they made it clear to us they would never go anywhere else. After having experienced this shop first hand, I absolutely agree ! Bruce Lee was spectacular to deal with. He was so thorough with explanations, his patience was amazing. We were in a bind and payday wasn't for another few days, but Bruce had a solution for us involving a finance options. He even explained their terms clearly so we could make an informed decision. Without that, we would have had to leave without a fix. It's been a while since we've been at a shop that we felt everyone went above and beyond. I'd even had the pleasure of watching someone pull up and one of the guys in the back ran out immediately to help them with air in the tires. He was so friendly, fast and sent them on their way thanking him over and over. I saw previous customers come in and the guys at the counter knew them by name ! WOW ! Some carying treats to thank them for their excellent se

Big O Tires in Sun City. Professional at all times. Explains their estimates and again at check out. The technicians in the service department are efficient and repairs are made correctly. Recently remodeled and the entire store is A+ in appearance. My advice…always make Big O Sun City your 1st option. Thank you Bruce and Team.
